Paddington Public School situated in the inner Sydney suburb of Paddington boasts an enrolment of approximately 300 students.

Drawing children from our local neighbourhood as well as Out of Area enrolments from a huge area of Sydney, we take pride in the diversity found within our learning community.

Within our school lives a strong culture focused on families and our community. The size of our school helps to ensure that students, staff and families have the greatest opportunity to establish and maintain close rapport and friendships, with little chance of becoming just another face in a crowd.

Paddington Public School will provide
quality education for all students in a
supportive and challenging environment characterised by excellent teaching / learning programs, a caring and professional staff
and involved parents and community.

Our Values

In 2002, the Department of Education released a discussion paper entitled
"The Values of NSW Public Schools". The staff of Paddington P.S. adopted this paper as the focus for a program of professional development. Consensus was reached that the values outlined in the document indeed reflected our own. These values are summarised as;
